Each session is customized to meet your body’s individual needs and goals. We’ll begin by reviewing your “body history,” including past injuries, surgeries, or chronic aches and pains. From there, we’ll create a personalized game plan, usually focusing on 2–3 key regions of the body. Some clients prefer stand-alone sessions to target specific problem areas, while others prefer the holistic approach of the structural integration 12-Series for full-body transformation.

Using slow, deep, and precise pressure, we work with restricted muscles and fascia to create lasting improvements in posture, mobility, and pain relief—always within your comfort level.

Chi Nei Tsang is a specialized form of abdominal massage that focuses on the organs and deep core of the body. This gentle yet powerful technique helps release tension in the abdomen, improve digestion, and support the body’s natural detoxification processes.

Many people experience a lighter, more centered feeling, along with improved breathing and reduced stress, as the gut is deeply connected to both physical and emotional well-being.

Cupping

Cupping therapy uses suction from either pump cups or fire cups to gently lift the tissues, promoting circulation, lymphatic flow, and release of stagnation in the muscles and fascia. This myofascial technique can help ease pain, reduce tightness, and support recovery by drawing fresh blood and restoring the proper flow of chi into areas that feel blocked or sluggish.

Clients often notice improved mobility, faster recovery, and a sense of relief in areas that have been holding stress or tension.

Pre-Session

  • Intake & Assessment: We review your pain, posture, injuries, movement restrictions, or stress patterns. We often observe your standing posture, gait, or range of motion.

  • Goal Setting: We’ll focus the session around what you’re treatment goals are—pain relief, mobility, athletic recovery, or general tension release.

During the Session

  • Environment: Unlike spa massage, we use less oil or balm—sometimes none at all—since grip on the skin is key to accessing fascia.

  • Technique:

    • Slow, sustained pressure with hands, forearms, knuckles, or tools.

    • Gliding + stretching the fascia.

    • Cross-fiber techniques that move perpendicular to muscle direction.

    • Skin rolling, cupping, and tractioning to lift and separate tissue layers.

  • Client Involvement: You may be asked to take slow breaths, gently move a limb, or provide feedback about sensations (like pulling, heat, or release).

  • Sensation: often feels like a slow, deep stretch or gentle pressure that gradually unwinds soft tissue — sometimes tender, but not sharp or painful. As the fascia releases, you might feel a sense of warmth, softening, or even a subtle release in your body.

Post-Session

  • Integration: We often finish the session with lighter strokes or grounding holds to help the body fully integrate the work.

  • Aftercare: You will receive aftercare instructions like hydration, gentle stretching, or rest, depending on your outcome.
